PartyGram · Seeking an Operating CofounderBuild the Operating System for Member-Based Organisations.
PartyGram is a venture concept architected by Jain InfoTech for organisations that need a better way to manage their structure, office-bearers, responsibilities, communication and institutional memory.
The first product can begin simply: an internal organisation-management platform for office-bearers and administrators. From there, PartyGram can grow module by module into a much broader organisational operating system.
When an Organisation Grows, Informal Systems Stop Being Enough.
Member-based organisations often work across many geographic levels, committees and office-bearer positions. Spreadsheets, message groups and personal contact lists make it hard to keep one reliable view of structure, responsibility and history.
Scattered office-bearer records
Names, roles, contact details and appointments sit across spreadsheets, documents, local lists and personal networks.
Unclear responsibility
When responsibilities change across levels and teams, leadership may not have one current view of who owns what and what is still pending.
Fragmented structure
State, regional, district, block, city, local and functional structures are hard to represent consistently in an ordinary CRM.
Lost institutional memory
Appointments, transfers, meetings and decisions can disappear when people or leadership teams change.
Disconnected communication
Circulars, instructions and decisions become hard to trace when they travel through many informal channels.
Limited management visibility
Senior leadership needs a clear operational view without giving every user access to every layer of data.
Manage the Internal Organisation Before Building the Larger Ecosystem.
The first PartyGram MVP should focus only on internal office-bearers, coordinators and authorised administrators. It does not need public membership enrolment, a full learning platform or complex community features.
For planning, the first system can be designed to comfortably support a state-level deployment of roughly 1,000+ internal users, while staying configurable for smaller or larger organisations.
- Know the structure.
- Know the people.
- Know the responsibilities.
- Know what needs action.
- Preserve the record.
The 1,000+ figure is an illustrative planning assumption, not a claim about the size or structure of any organisation.
| Office-bearer | Unit | Status | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Role Holder A | Regional | Active | 2 pending |
| Role Holder B | District | Active | Complete |
| Vacant Role | Local | Vacant | Review |
The First Product Can Be Useful Without Being Complex.
Organisational hierarchy
Configure geographic and functional levels to match the organisation's own constitution, for example State → Region → District → Block → Local Unit.
Office-bearer directory
One authorised record of current office-bearers, coordinators, administrators and their positions.
Appointments and tenure
Appointment dates, tenure, status, role changes, transfers and past positions.
Roles and reporting
Responsibilities, reporting lines and authorised visibility for each role.
Tasks and actions
Assign responsibilities, follow pending actions and keep a history of completion.
Meetings and decisions
Schedules, attendance, agendas, minutes, decisions and action points in one structured record.
Internal circulars
Send authorised communication to selected roles, units or levels, with a searchable record.
Institutional history
Keep important records when office-bearers or leadership teams change.
Role-based access
Each user sees only the information and actions their responsibilities require.
Management dashboard
A current view of structure, vacancies, responsibilities and pending actions for authorised leaders.
One Organisation. One Controlled Deployment. Real Learning.
PartyGram should not begin as a giant universal platform. The first serious deployment can start with one organisation and a defined internal structure.
- Map the organisationLevels, roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships.
- Define the MVPOnly the records and workflows essential for Phase One.
- Build PartyGram CoreThe platform, built around validated workflows.
- Onboard a controlled groupStart with authorised administrators and office-bearers.
- Measure real useData quality, adoption, reporting and task completion.
- Refine before expandingImprove the core before adding modules.
PartyGram Models the Organisation, Not Just Its Contacts.
A traditional CRM is organised around leads, customers and transactions. PartyGram is organised around the structure and relationships that make a member-based organisation work.
That is why PartyGram is better understood as an organisational operating system than as a conventional CRM.
- Organisational units
- Office-bearer positions
- Appointments and tenure
- Reporting relationships
- Responsibilities
- Meetings and decisions
- Internal communication
- Role history
- Institutional memory
A Large Vision Does Not Need a Large First Build.
Once PartyGram Core proves useful, further modules can follow. Each is built only after the earlier product has shown real value.
PartyGram Core
Internal organisation management.
PartyGram Learn
Orientation, constitution, conduct, role-specific learning and leadership development.
PartyGram Membership
Member enrolment, profiles, participation and structured onboarding.
PartyGram Contribution
Projects, verified responsibilities, skills and contribution history.
Support and Recognition
Approved expenses, reimbursements, recognition and permitted support workflows.
Governance and Analytics
Approvals, grievances, audit trails and organisational analytics.
The sequence is directional, not contractual. Real deployment learning should decide what gets built next.
India First, Without Limiting the Product.
PartyGram can validate its model with a complex member-based organisation in India. From the start, levels, terminology, roles and workflows stay configurable for different organisations and countries. Political parties are one important potential first use, but PartyGram is designed for a broader class of organisations.
Political and civic
Political parties, civic movements and public-interest organisations.
Professional
Professional associations, federations and industry bodies.
Volunteer and community
Large volunteer networks and structured community organisations.
Membership institutions
Any organisation with defined membership, roles, committees and geographic units.

Understanding the PartyGram Venture.
Is PartyGram a finished software product?
No. PartyGram is a Jain InfoTech venture concept with a defined product direction and a deliberately narrow Phase One MVP. The next step is to find the Operating Cofounder or technology venture team that will build and run the business.
Will Jain InfoTech build the software?
No. Jain InfoTech's role is concept origination, product and business architecture, strategic participation and equity partnership. The dedicated venture company will own software development and execution.
Is PartyGram only for political parties?
No. Political parties are an important potential first use because they can have complex structures and large office-bearer networks, but the same architecture can support other layered member-based organisations.
What would the first version do?
PartyGram Core would handle internal structure, office-bearer records, appointments, reporting lines, responsibilities, tasks, meetings, internal communication, role-based access and institutional history.
Will the first version enrol the general public?
No. The first MVP is for internal office-bearers, coordinators and authorised administrators. Public or member enrolment can come later as a separate module.
Is PartyGram an India-only product?
No. India can be a practical first market, but PartyGram is designed so levels, terminology, roles and workflows can be configured for different organisations and countries.
Is PartyGram an election-campaign platform?
No. The product is focused on internal organisational management. Voter targeting, political advertising optimisation and election war rooms are outside its scope.
What is Jain InfoTech looking for now?
An Operating Cofounder or technology-led venture team that can build, commercialise and run PartyGram as a separate business, in strategic and equity partnership with Jain InfoTech.
